Mixed Green Salad

INGREDIENTS
  • TT balsamic salad dressing (page 134)
  • 1 pkg mixed greens (green leaf, red leaf, arugula, etc.)
  • 2 apples
  • 2 pears
  • 1/2 cup Craisins
  • 1/3 cup toasted almonds or pine nuts
  • 1/4 lb crumbled feta or gorgonzola cheese

DIRECTIONS

Cut apples and pears into chunks. Layer the salad items together in a large bowl and cover with the salad dressing right before serving.
