COOKIN’ WITH CAPITAL
2 lb chicken drumlets
3 dried bay leaves
8 Tbsp soy sauce
4 Tbsp white vinegar
5 cloves garlic minced
1 ½ cup water
3 Tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp ground black pepper
STEP 1
Cook garlic in oil until golden brown. Add chicken and stir fry until brown.
STEP 2
Add water, soy sauce and vinegar. Simmer until chicken is fully cooked. Add bay leaves and ground pepper. Let simmer for another 10 minutes.
Serve with steamed rice.
NOTES
Chicken can be substituted with pork. Use cubed pork butt or pork belly.
