COOKIN’ WITH CAPITAL

Affogato

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 oz caramel syrup
  • 1/4 cup almonds (salted and roasted)
  • 1 oz brewed espresso
DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Pull espresso shot and set aside about 1 oz (more or less to preferred coffee taste).  Any sort of strong coffee brewing method will do if no espresso machine.

STEP 2

Chop handful of roasted and salted almonds.

STEP 3

Scoop ice cream and pour espresso over the top.

STEP 4

Top with caramel syrup and almonds.
