Our team worked on 2 of the 3 Ice Block projects that make up the Ice Blocks redevelopment effort in Sacramento’s historic R Street Corridor.
Block Two: 7,000 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail below 145 new urban loft residences. 16′ patio depth, Iconic, two-level restaurant building featuring double-decker patios.
Block Three: 7,000 sq. ft. of retail in three shed-style buildings gathered around an intimate courtyard.
