TENTEN Wilshire Corporate Housing Complex Expansion

The TENTEN Wilshire Expansion project is a 10-story, 288,000 SF mixed-use live/work smart building with retail spaces, high performance offi ces, and 376 living units.

The site is comprised of one three-level, 800 space parking structure and resort style amenities such as swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, fi tness center, lounge/bar, theater room, sport fi eld, meeting and conference rooms.

Capital was contracted to provide commissioning services in accordance with CALGreen Green Building Standards Code. Systems commissioned include HVAC system and controls, indoor lighting systems and controls, the domestic water heating system and landscape irrigation systems.
