UC Davis Medical Center Parking Structure III

This new 423,000 SF parking structure designed to serve the existing main hospital, adds an additional 1,200 stalls to UC Davis Medical Center’s existing campus.

The impressive structure provides a welcome departure from the typical prosaic, no-frills parking garages boasting 7-levels of precast hybrid moment frame for seismic absorption, EV charging stations, by-space availability system, and a rooftop 145kW photovoltaic system surrounded by a striking louver screen façade.
