About Capital Engineering:
Since its inception in 1947, Capital Engineering has evolved from a purely mechanical engineering firm to a diverse MEP engineering firm with a broad range of expertise and innovative design capabilities. With the rapid growth in the Central Valley, there was a large demand for infrastructure to address that growth. Consequently, Capital quickly developed deep portfolios in civic, healthcare, and educational projects, with clients they still do business with today. Capital’s creativity and reputation for consistent engineering excellence continue to bring high-profile projects throughout California, Nevada and in some cases other states and countries. In 2022, Capital will celebrate its 75th year of business in California. To date, the firm has completed over 13,200 MEP projects and employs 65 people. The firm is headquartered in Sacramento with offices in Long Beach, Portland and Reno.
