Katriona has recently joined Capital as its Office/HR Manager. With her MBA from Brandman University, and BA in Political Science from Chapman University, she also brings a breadth of experience, which spans the fields of Government, Education, and Manufacturing. Within the context of Human Resources, Katriona operates within a framework of service to others, continuous improvement, and understanding that leadership is about offering structure, guidance, and integrity.
