John Say

Since joining Capital in 2007, John has garnered valuable hands-on experience in the design and engineering of large healthcare mechanical and plumbing systems.

As a Project Manager Mr. Say’s thorough understanding of complex mechanical systems interaction other building systems has been an asset on the projects he has worked on. His day-to-day project management responsibilities include developing design strategies for mechanical and plumbing systems and being the lead for Capital’s MEP design team on healthcare projects.

Additionally, John’s experience includes elements of the commissioning process that include reviewing OPRs, BODs, design drawings, and developing and witnessing functional tests for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
