Mr. Valencia has served as Plumbing Engineer since joining the Capital team in 2016 as part of K-12 School design team. His responsibilities include plumbing design from schematic design thru construction documents of plumbing systems including but not limited to: sanitary waste, sanitary vent, storm drains, propane & natural gas, acid waste & vent, indirect drainage piping, compressed air and water heaters. Duties include evaluation of systems and methods, as-built plan investigation, product research, calculation for pipe and equipment sizing, proposal and coordination of material specifications, plan layout and providing details standard to industry.
