Jessica Hughey

Jessica Hughey, EIT and MBA, has years of experience in HVAC and plumbing systems design. She has detailed experience with Title 24 compliance, energy modeling and LEED documentation along with extensive practical REVIT knowledge. 

Since joining Capital in 2017, she has worked in the Civic, K-12 and Higher Education Markets on a large variety of projects on tasks such as HVAC load calculations, plumbing calculations, and equipment selection. A highlight of Jessica’s tenure with Capital thus far was in taking the lead role in the HVAC design for the re-designed California State Capitol Annex.
