skills. We are experts in mechanical design
and prefer to let the experts in electrical
design do what they do best. On occasion our
clients request one “entity” to take ownership
for both M+E for coordination on complex jobs
or simply for ease of contracting for those
services. Should a client request combined M+E
services, we prefer to associate with an electrical
firm which has similar ideals and culture and
an equivalent reputation in the industry. Thus
we have developed a strategic alliance with
The Engineering Enterprise. We have completed
over 200 jobs together during our 25 year working
relationship including many large, complex hospital
projects, SMF Airport Expansion, educational facilities, laboratories,
and mission critical facilities. Offices located
in Alameda and Auburn affords flexibility and
access to work throughout California as well
as our joint clientele.

ACOUSTICS, CORROSION, HAZARDOUS MATERIALS, ETC.
Additional partnerships include experts in acoustics, civil/surveying, corrosion consulting
and haz. mat., as well as specialty areas such as ground water hydrology for geo-thermal systems
and with computational fluid dynamics simulations where needed. The selection of these collaborating
design professionals is structured to suit the individual needs of the project and can be all sub-contracted
through a prime agreement with Capital Engineering Consultant's Inc.
