West Placer Middle School: Roseville, CA
This project is for the new West Placer Middle School in the Dry Creek Elementary School District located on Cook Riolo Road, in Roseville, California. The school will include a Classroom Buildings, a Multi-Purpose Building, an Administration Building, Library and Challenge Buildings totaling 80,000 square feet. The estimated total construction cost is approximately $25,000,000. Silver Level LEED Certification is being pursued for this campus, but the design is currently on track to receive a LEED Gold Certification.
