CalPERS Headquarters Commissioning
Project Description: New medium rise office building of approximately 500,000 gross sq. ft. with 2 levels of underground parking

Commissioning Scope of Work:Commissioning Scope of Work: The commissioning (Cx) effort was undertaken as part of the U.S. Green Building (USGBC), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for New Construction certification program. As the Commissioning Authority on this project, we were responsible for commissioning the mechanical systems including the underfloor air distribution system, and complex central plant; electrical systems including extensive low voltage infrastructure, emergency power, direct digital controls, and daylighting; life safety systems including smoke management; telecommunications and security systems including multiple security cameras.  CalPERS Headquarters is one of the few projects in Sacramento, CA to achieve LEED for New Construction v2.0 GOLD Certification.
