Cal PERS Headquarters Commissioning and Meco Shade Study
Project Description: New medium rise office building of approximately 500,000 gross sq. ft. with 2 levels of underground parking

Commissioning Scope of Work: CECI led a team of consultants to commission the mechanical, electrical, life safety, telecommunications and security systems. CECI is the Commissioning Authority and will be signing off on the completed commissioning in order for the project to obtain LEED™ certification. The mechanical/electrical systems are highly complex with central plant heating and cooling, direct digital controls, under floor air distribution, day lighting, smoke management, emergency power, multiple security cameras and extensive low voltage infrastructure.
