Compensation
Capital Engineering Consultants strives to pay top salary for all staff levels which
is evidenced by the long tenure of the employees at CECI which averages 10 years!
Salaries are reviewed yearly for every member of our staff and adjusted in January.
The reviews are based on face-to-face employee meetings which discuss the progress
toward past performance goals and discuss opportunities for increasing their value of
the firm and their wages. Our goal at CECI is to help every one of our staff succeed,
which in turn reaps rewards for everyone.

We also strive to recognize our hard working staff with yearly discretionary merit bonuses.
We also place a great deal of emphasis on our benefit package, which we believe is second to
none in this industry. We periodically poll our clients and collaborating design professionals
to see what packages they are offering and try to meet or exceed the high norm on all levels.
