Advancement
Each employee at Capital Engineering is given the chance to succeed. Advancement is a key indicator of that
success so all the staff is encouraged to seek a higher level. There are no barriers at CECI to working your way up.
We publish and make available job descriptions for every category of staff so they can see what the requirements of each
job is. We also have a formal associate program that recognizes those special individuals who consistently meet or exceed
the firm’s core values and whom are nominated for that role by one of their peers or a co-worker in the firm.
We also give training classes in project management in order to prepare the technical staff for a potential future role in project management.
