Activites
We think Capital Engineering Consultants is a great place to work, but our industry is busy and can be stressful with the responsibilities in weekday deadlines and the like, so we have tried to create an atmosphere of employees first. As such, our workplace was chosen via a survey of all our staff by what activities they valued most in a work environment. We have ergonomic workstations, the latest in computer technology and superior support in administrative items such as reprographics, word processing, filing, conferencing, and the like. We also have flex hours to accommodate the varying and changing needs of our staff with families and other commitments.

We also like to get out of the office and have some fun once in a while so the company sponsors bus trips to the ballparks, charitable activities, holiday functions and a quarterly staff meetings often held off site.
