Repeat business has been a hallmark of Capital Engineering Consultants, Inc. (CECI)
and has enabled the firm to grow and prosper since our inception in 1947, providing
unparalleled mechanical engineering services throughout California and the West from our Sacramento headquarters.
CECI maintains a staff of 70, which includes 15 registered professional engineers,
7 LEED certified and several LEED-trained professionals, two certified plumbing engineers,
six field services/construction administration personnel, technicians and additional support staff.
